Its pros: The seller acknowledged the mistake and arranged for the item to be shipped back. Its cons: 1. The seller sent the wrong product. I had to make a return. The model came with edtab firmware. 2. Technical support on the website of the store responds for a very long time: you will have to wait for an answer from 4 hours, if you're lucky. I had to contact support. 3. As a result, the money hung for a period of more than a week, I had to borrow money to buy another tablet while waiting for a refund, as I took it as a gift.
