This helps a LOT, and we needed it this year
We haven't gone outside much this year for obvious reasons (pandemic) and this light has helped keep our moods up. I get the majority of the light as it is by the PC that I am the primary user on, but my partner gets to use it sometimes too. I definitely feel the difference between days when I have it on and days when I don't. It could be the placebo effect, but I feel better when using this.5 stars
