I wanted something with easy open/close compartments (ie one-handed operation, easy to put in laptop and files, and store small accessories like chargers/cables, backpack shape, not a shoulder bag. This Bag holds everything I need.The problem is that the style of zippers and the shape of the compartments require two-handed operation and can be quite frustrating to use.The metal wire frame around the main opening doesn't add functionality but makes it difficult to open / Closing the main zipper without holding the end of the zipper.However, this part of the bag is not rigid so the bag will fold and bend by itself.Also forget about just leaning it against something when you sit down to work. The bag falls on itself every time due to a strange shape. I wish i I would have to spend money to experiment with another bag. Someday I'll find one that just works.
