The score is for two chairs. First: unpacked at home. On 3 legs out of 5 scratches. A sharp burr stuck out on one leg - removed it with pliers. Unpleasant, but decided to leave, began to collect. I assembled the cross, but when screwing the back to the seat, it is possible to "catch" only 3 holes out of 4 with screws - they do not match. Naturally, he baited the screws for a couple of turns, and did not twist them to catch the hole. Definitely a return. I'm not going to drill holes in the back. Judging by the reviews, this is a common defect in the chair, whoever is lucky.
Second: there are scratches on the legs again in places. Collected quickly, because. holes match. Lucky this time.
