The ease of integration with other applications (in this case Salesforce). This is useful in all our marketing efforts as well since we can quickly get data from their customers to use within Marketing Automation tools like Marketo/Infusionsoft etc without having them log into another system themselves or pay additional fees! I wish it was more granular than one day per week but that's not too much hassle either once you set everything up correctly - just make sure there are no overlaps between events otherwise your notifications will be double counted so test things out before deployment :) Great product overall though very easy setup process if you have an understanding what exactly they're doing here which makes sense given how similar these types products tend to work across eachothers platforms. We've been able solve some customer retention issues through tracking when people receive emails vs phone calls / SMS messages by using event triggers & actions inside sales force along w.
