Delivered quickly and conveniently. The sound quality is good both via Bluetooth and the headphone jack. I only gave 3 stars because the Bluetooth mode lasts less than an hour after charging before everything crackles and needs a new charge. So I usually don't even bother with the Bluetooth mode (that's why I got them) and just use the headphone jack. Wouldn't buy again. Spring. **Update: After I posted the above review, the seller contacted me to fix an issue with the headphones. The problem is not solved, so they send a new pair! I will update again as soon as they are received and rate how well they work. I'm still impressed with the customer service! **Update_2: The seller asked me to charge the headphones with another USB cable and now they are fully charged and working perfectly in Bluetooth mode! So far I have charged them 3 days ago and listened to music in Bluetooth mode for 3 days for 3 hours and Bluetooth mode still works great. I increased my stars to 5! The customer service was definitely the best and I would buy them from this seller again and again. **Update_3: Headphones recharged but only lasted 2 hours in Bluetooth mode. :( . Seller contacted.**Update_4: Seller sent a new pair of headphones free of charge as the first pair was defective. I charged the new headphones once and have been using them via bluetooth for a week now! They work great now and I think so , customer service was great!
