so it calls the second blade "ceramic" but it looks like plastic to me. I was very doubtful as soon as i saw the "ceramic"/plastic cutting blade. I had the clipper for a week before trying to use it on my long haired cat and just as i suspected these clippers don't cut anything. i had a guard on there and even with a super big guard to try and get the hair down i couldnt get this to cut the fur on my cat. I wouldn't recommend these at all. I'm going with people grade cordless clippers with a metal blade.
