Plackers is one of the main brands of floss I have used over the years. This was the first time I tried their activated charcoal version and it worked as expected, although I'm not entirely sure if activated charcoal does that much. The kit contains 4 packs of 90 flosses each, for a total of 360 flosses, which would be a year's supply for most people. The floss has a fresh mint flavor but is very subtle compared to the regular version. The thread is strong, will not snap or tear in hard-to-reach places. Activated charcoal is supposed to help whiten my teeth but I've been using it for a few weeks now and haven't noticed a difference. I love that this floss is made from 100% recycled plastic so I feel bad using it. They are also durable and will not be recycled. The floss has a secure toothpick at the end that you can fold and it works great. Overall, this is a great option for those looking for a more sustainable floss or who are into activated charcoal.
