I got it for my husband and he used it right away. In fact, he wore it every day for at least 30 days. No problems (or at least he didn't complain about anything). He replaced his old one and says the sound quality is good for both speaking and listening. It is comfortable to wear and interchangeable from ear to ear. He said it stuck out a little far from his face and he wished it wasn't that far. Personally, I like that it comes with an extra earbud. So when it wears out (and it sure will) it will have a replacement. There are also no problems with pairing and saving the pairing.
