Bright! They are perfect for my purpose. I haven't used them as they are designed to mount to my bike's front fork or handlebars, but they are currently working very well in my application. I can't say anything about the quality of the zipties because I removed them for my application. The glue worked well on the plastic I attached mine to. I assume this glue will work poorly on polished or chromed surfaces. Again, I can't speak at all about their overall reliability as I've only been using them for about a week so far. I will try to update if/if there are any problems. So far I am happy with this purchase.
