The top tube on my bike slopes slightly down towards the rear of the bike like most bikes. It attaches well and doesn't move like my previous bag. It offers enough space for my office keys, bicycle keys (e-bike), my wallet and my ID card. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the pivot point is next to the steering wheel and should be on the underside instead. When opening the bag you have to be careful that the contents do not slip out. There are mesh pockets inside, but they aren't big enough to keep everything in place. Update 07/16/2020: This bag is NOT waterproof. Yesterday I was surprised by heavy rain and everything inside got wet. Luckily I put my phone in a plastic bag, but my wallet (with all its contents), ID card and strap got wet! I've downgraded the rating heavily because it's not what it's advertised to be.
