We use a combination of Square and Tend - and our staff loves it

I like how quickly they can get me up-to-date with all my customers' transactions and their sales data. Also great if there are any problems or issues within your business (i.e., an employee not showing up). The system sometimes freezes when we have too many employees using it at once and it takes us forever to see what our most active clients look like! We used this so that our managers could easily keep track of who was doing well in making purchases via mobile devices versus those who were spending less than expected/needed.

  • It's easy for both myself as VP, along w other staff members alike; also quick updates from customer information is very helpful!!!!! :)

  • Not bad
