Straps provide excellent shoulder support. The material is nice, the color is as in the picture, the size is exactly as described in the product measurements (although smaller than I imagined, check the ruler for visual assessment haha). Holds MUCH more stuff* than you think. Sturdy, I've had it for five months of heavy use, it still looks like new. I was cool at first but once I used it I really liked it and now it's my favorite bag. (*Especially if you get one of those Pelikus felt wallet liners that I HIGHLY recommend. Life changing.)
