This was perfect for a last-minute costume for a Celtic fantasy faire and would be great for a renaissance festival. The olive green was very pretty in person and the dress was flattering! I ordered a small and it was true to size, good length, and the style of the dress allows for some variation in size (underdress is very flowy and more baggy, but you can cinch it to desired tightness with overdress). My body type is right in the middle! Chubby thick but not too thick. I have a hard time finding clothes that flatter or fit. It’s either too small or too big in some areas. But because I was able to tie the waist area it was perfect. It’s a tad loose when you don’t tie the waist area, so it’s perfect to fit L-XL maybe even a small 0. I loved this dress! The under dress is a little bit sheer but once you put on the outer dress there is no sheerness at all. It is a tad bit thin so be mindful of that if it's cold out but I was fine! I got it in a large and I wish I would have sized down since I had to tighten the back a bit extra. I'm a 33 inch waist and 50 inch bust for reference. First off, I love how it looked on me :) I do plan on lightly ironing it before the ren faire because it’s very wrinkly. I thought it was too big but luckily L/XL was perfect and comfortable for me. This is just a beautiful piece! The white fabric is a little sheer so you’ll need some sort of white undergarment but other than that it fits wonderfully and the color of the top layer is beautiful! Bought this for my sister and am now going to have to buy one for myself!

Perfect for Renaissance, only thing I didn't like was that it is super wrinkly and has to be ironed. Iron on low setting and slowly. Otherwise it's very good quality.

Perfect costume for the Midsummer's Night Theme fundraiser I am going to. It is good quality. The fit was well. For the price, this worked great. The white dress part didn't want to stay off my shoulders, but it didn't look bad either way. Was easy to steam out wrinkles and was easy to add a belt to add to the look. The corset part is adjustable on the shoulder straps, front and back. Looked great!

Buyer beware if you're pear shaped since they don't list the hip measurement! Ordered a 2x/3x based on the size chart. The outer dress is great and completely laces closed. I wore this dress to a Renaissance fair and it looked so great! It was a little long but if you're only wearing it as a costume it is not a big deal. The dress fits pretty true to size I am normally a 2X and that's the size I got and it fits comfortably!

It’s super silky soft and warmer which is great in the fall and for Halloween of course. Easy to put on. Nice quality construction and material is decent af! Impressed. Will buy again …probably in the next five minutes actually.

Wasn’t happy at all with the way it fit. Measurements for sizing were incorrect. I wasn’t able to wear it to the event we were going to as I didn’t anticipate the possibility of having to return it for a new one. Most of the reviews said it fit well and sizing was accurate which originally made me confident.

I love this costume it’s perfect for a elf look or a ancient kind of look. I actually bought it two times because I not on purpose gave it away I was afraid that it was to big but it’s smaller than you expect but a lovely outfit I hope more people buy it just like me!

It took a bit of time to adjust all the laces and get everything right, but once I did it was awesome! I wore it all day at Renaissance Faire with zero problems. Only thing I would say is the white cloth is a tad see-through if you wear dark underwear. But I wore white underwear and nude tights and there was no problem!

This was the perfect costume. It didn't need to stretch, it was very flattering, and as long as wear the green cover over the dress your fine.

This Renaissance dress was perfect for my weekend at my local Ren. Fair! I am typically a size 18 or 20 in most stores and ordered the largest 2/3X size. I would say it fit more like a 16/18, but still flowy in most areas. It is a lovely, soft yet breathable material - perfect for the warmer weather. I would definitely recommend anyone getting this!The corset area was a little small for my waist and not able to tie as tightly as I wished but still looked good on! ✨

Not cinched at the waist like the picture shows. Very much artificial fabric; despite being lightweight and a bit sheer, is very hot. Lovely drape, and I'm nuts about the sleeves!

I love this dress for renaissance faires, but I wish it wasn’t so see through. I like going braless, especially since you would see the straps, but with this dress you’d be able to see everything! Had to wear pants, but am still happy about this dress

I first received the wrong item but Revain exchanged it. I’m 5’6” and it was a little short, but you can adjust the shoulder straps and pull the white part a little lower. I just wore flats. I received a few compliments at the ren fair and wore it for Halloween too!
