These are the worst true wireless headphones out there! I have real bose wireless, real sony wireless, jabra 65 elite, jaybird run, jlab. I thought they were there with Bose. They are not here. To use them you must have both headphones. The left ear is the primary for phone calls, so I had to put my right ear in my "on" pocket to be able to be 33 feet from the phone. You cannot leave it in the charging case as this will break the Bluetooth pairing. To increase the volume, you press the right earbud (in my pocket) and the left ear turns the volume down. So I like to wear my right ear as I have a working walkie-talkie in my left ear. BUT, when the phone rings, I have to take my left hand out of my pocket to pick up and use the phone's functions. The sound quality during a phone call is so bad that people tell me to turn the signal on and off. Forget noise cancellation. you hear everything around you. What is the volume? I lift it all the way up and start praying louder. I even tried downloading headphone control apps to tweak things. The battery life was terrible! What can I say positively, cool color. Yes?
