Review on 🥤 Jay Companies 1180405 2.65 Gallon Beverage Dispenser by Scott Ramu

We love this item online so we ordered multiple colors. Only to find out that green is pouring out of the faucet! We have to go back! What is the return process? We don't have the box because we didn't even consider keeping it, thinking it would work beautifully. Pity! Please help. Thanks very much!
