🥤 Jay Companies 1180405 2.65 Gallon Beverage Dispenser Review

We love this item online so we ordered multiple colors. Only to find out that green is pouring out of the faucet! We have to go back! What is the return process? We don't have the box because we didn't even consider keeping it, thinking it would work beautifully. Pity! Please help. Thanks very much!

My wife bought it from another online store. Used once and it worked fine. When we used it the second time, the faucet didn't open. The spigot is a piece of plastic junk that looks like chromed metal, but it's not. This would be a very attractive and functional dispenser if the faucet weren't junk. We wouldn't have bought it if we knew the faucet wasn't metal. Don't waste money on it.

We are avid iced tea drinkers. My family uses at least 2 gallons a day in the summer. I love the messy fill system for my kids. It looks nice but is very cheaply built. Whistle - silver PLASTIC! The container feels light and plastic with a thin ceramic interior. It was made in China. I'd rather know that beforehand. I hope it stays that way for the next five years.
