Great way organize your staff without many IT headaches
I love how it's easy to use - drag drop files or enter them myself if you want- with multiple views available for each file type (ie., PPTX, XLSX) which makes sharing easier! It can be time consuming sometimes when dragging over large groups of people so maybe adding automatic updates could help? Just using this tool as my first step in organizing our team after we decided what structure was best fit us. We realized there were some members who needed more clarity around their roles/responsibilities because they didn't understand where they should go next once one person stopped working under another supervisor. After running through these steps, everyone seemed happy about being organized better than before but at times I felt like not all tasks got done due to interruptions from other projects happening during those periods.
