Review on 🧳 Drobo Mini Protective Carry Case Bundle – Accommodates Drobo, Power Supply, and Connectivity Cable by Patrick Ordonez

I purchased this product and it has a known defect: the zipper does not open the case smoothly. The inner material (green material) has a stitch right in the path of the zipper, which causes the zipper to catch on the fabric when you try to open the case. Worse, the fabric will begin to tighten, making it even more difficult to open in the future. Drobo was aware of this issue before shipping the product and advised me to use extra force and pull the zipper outward (unnatural movement) when opening the case. I could get a refund but I would have to pay the return shipping cost. When I contacted them about this, they ignored the emails sent to sales@drobo.com. So far my experience with Drobo has been very mixed (with a tendency towards negativity).
