Yes, very. Is it breathable? Not at all, especially with the 'vent' in the back being sewn shut half way. This should be a $10-15 MAX shirt, if that. Honestly it could be 'ok' if you have it as a top layer and leave it unbuttoned (so you can breathe) but let it act as a protection layer
