Mintago - My experience has mostly positive

The customer service is amazing! They are always willing to help you in any way they can. I have never had an issue or complaint about them. It's easy to use and understand. If anyone needs assistance setting up a new plan, it's not hard at all. You will be able to see how much money you're spending per month without even realizing it. There aren't many benefits for me so far but I'm sure there will come time when I want something specific from my employer. When we first started using mintago as our employee benefit provider I heard nothing but great things. All of us loved everything about it. We were very happy with their services until recently. A couple months ago one of the administrators was no longer working for them and I've been having issues getting answers from them since then. Every call I make goes unanswered and every email gets ignored. Their reps don't know what they're doing and won't answer your questions. Do yourself.

  • Easy monthly payments if needed instead paying quarterly.
  • No hidden fees
  • Highly competitive prices compared against other providers (when comparing plans)
Cons
  • Customer Service seems like just another word among others because everyone has bad experiences
  • Unresponsive rep who doesn’t listen
