My old dryer finally broke after 12 years so I was in dire need of a replacement. To be honest I had never heard of Jinri before but looking at the reviews the brand seemed to be well known so I decided to give it a try. This is a very efficient dryer! My shoulder length hair dried about twice as fast as with my old blow dryer. I'd say it's about the same weight or a little lighter than my old one but has a few more features. My alter had high, low and off! So this one with its multiple heating levels and cold shot button is a big improvement. My old one didn't have a diffuser so I added one that never fitted properly. What a treat to have a diffuser that is easy to turn on and off with no fuss! As other reviewers have noted, the key layout takes some getting used to, but I don't think that will be a problem. It is easy to hold and manoeuvre. It is also pretty! Overall a good buy.
