Bought for my 4 year old to use in the car when traveling or just to take a nap while we queue in the field. Unfortunately that doesn't help much. He pushed his head forward and had no support. Even when I put it on and buttoned it up for him, it didn't fit the booster seat, so I took it off him. The filling is too soft for real support. If it were a little fuller, it could work better. I've used it myself but had to press down hard to get any feeling of support or "cushioning". The latch is difficult to open and almost hit my child in the face as a result. I've also been asked by a few people why I have a "set of eggs" in my car.
