I have found it difficult to wear various masks that I have worn and continue to wear. Without a headgear my mask would get stuck in my mouth, pinch my nose and just be uncomfortable. When I received my pack of mask mounts, I immediately tried one of them on my favorite mask. The bracket gave me more room to breathe and prevented the mask from pressing on my mouth, lips and face.
