Review on 🪑 Enhanced Comfort and Style: X Chair X2 Executive Task Chair in Black K-Sport Mesh by Elizabeth Morrison

(ordered directly from xchair website) I was very happy with this chair but it left a sour taste in my mouth. When I received the box, the box was damaged along with the base. Also, the bag of screws was torn and clearly leaking through the poorly sealed box, so I didn't have any screws either. I called customer service and to their credit it was easy for me to order replacement parts. However, on the second delivery, I received the replacement base, but the replacement screws were still missing. Also, that box was poorly sealed and contained an empty pouch that probably contained the screws I needed. I think it's okay to err, but you can't err twice. Now that it's built it's a nice comfortable chair, but I've had crappy cheap office chairs that were a lot less hassle. One more note: the assembly instructions for this chair are terrible. I think they swap which screws should be for the armrest and backrest and don't specify how the screws should frame the backrest. big construction problem.
