Catwood Taj Mahal

It's a damn scratching post! Upper and lower cat apartment, wicker bed, a couple of perches, one with cushions. And three tempting toys. And the cat can rise very high so that it can really survey its realm. It's heavy as hell in the crate, so you'll probably need a couple of people or a big tough guy to lug it in for you. It took about 1.5 hours to assemble, not because it's difficult, but simply because it has a lot of parts, which is to be expected with all the cool features. We haven't secured it to the wall with the included strap and drywall anchor yet because we're unsure of its final placement, but I'm really glad it comes with this safety feature because while it's sturdy, it's quite large and could potentially tip over if your kitty gets too loud. There was a smell of new carpet, but it wasn't too strong and the cat didn't mind. He only weighs about 7 pounds as he is only 7 months old but I think larger cats will still fit him well although the top perches might be a bit small for a large 12-15 pound cat. This scratching post really overshadows the old scratching post he has and he seems to be quite obsessed with it already. The kitten has been tested. Kittens allowed.
