So CUTE is my rating in my head
I bought these for the girls I babysit for Christmas last year (I forgot to review a lot of the products) and they were sooooo cute on them. They still wear them today and they look so cute and keep your head warm even in cold weather.
- A warm plus for all my grandchildren. you love her
- Nice but doesn't work very well. Too small for my 3 year old granddaughter. It looks like a baby hat.
