The best of rongs is its low cost for users as compared with other providers like facebook messenger etc., it's also very easy to use even if you have no technical knowledge. It has some glitches in terms of time lag when using voice call or sending files via text message but otherwise nothing really bad about this one. I suggest everyone should try at least once because after that they will not want to go back again unless there are problems faced by them then only they can revert back. We used rongcloud mainly for chatting with friends from different locations so we could easily do work while talking together rather than working separately.
