I already had a Fujifilm Instax camera but wanted one find product that used same instax film to print photos from camera. Found this product and have mixed feelings. It's light enough to take to events, but the product itself feels so chunky. Don't put it in your pocket. Its weight with the foil inside resembles a small book. As for the buttons, I would like them to place them differently. The reprint button is in such a place that you could accidentally hit it while holding it and waste the movie on an extra shot. The on/off switch is quite easy to use and simply shows the battery status and the remaining number of shots. The USB port is opposite the power button and is charged through the Micro USB port, which is very convenient and convenient. does not require a separate proprietary charger. The battery is in a separate compartment. So if you have an Instax camera you can use the same charger to charge the battery, which is a nice feature. It doesn't lock you into any particular loading method. From a GUI point of view, the Instax app is pretty basic, but if you're using Android 6.0 or later, you'll need to remember to enable GPS (why even need it) to allow the printer to connect to your phone via the printer's internal WiFi . Perhaps Fujifilm will fix this issue in an app update, but for now this is the method you should use to connect and use your printer. Print quality, for a small print the quality is pretty clear. The app comes with pre-designed templates for events like birthdays and weddings, but if you prefer you can print them out as they are and then write your own signature. Do not use a marker or ink pen as they do not dry at all. Sharpies work just as well as regular ballpoint ink. This product is a nice novelty for when you're getting together and want to give everyone a nice little memento of the occasion (although a reprint would be handy).
