A plastic connector which I had to tighten to stop leaks in the pipe coming from the wall. I overtightened it and the connecting nut broke. That's the weak point of the shower. The rotating ball barely turns and my shower head sits quite high. It won't spin far enough to land on you, it will just hit the back of the shower stall. I had to use my old parts to complete the install. My wife was unhappy and so was I. We basically had to stand in the back of our little shower stall and just take it all over our faces. The shower head itself is good. He just needs a better and hopefully metallic plug. It's also one of those ASs you see on TV, which isn't usually the best.
