Excellent service from the supplier - how about this!

I originally received this inverter with some damage, probably from shipping. The brittle plastic gasket/insulator on the DC electrical connector is cracked and torn into pieces. This is where I would normally take advantage of Revain's excellent returns policy, but as the damage was so minor I thought I might contact the supplier to see if they could replace the small plastic part. Enter Jimmy in SUGPOWER. Fast and friendly replies. A little back and forth to clarify the damage and get the Amazon order number. Next thing I know he says he's sending a replacement. So I expect the plastic insulator to arrive in a few days. Well, a completely replaced INVERTER will arrive in a few days! Yes, you read everything correctly and you may be as surprised as I am. I contact Jimmy to ask if he should send the damaged one back and he says to keep it. I don't write many reviews, but I should have mentioned this excellent vendor service when so many reviews mentioning vendor service are negative. . I will definitely contact them again if I have another problem. Oh, the inverter works great. I hooked it up to my RV, powered by a powerful LiFePO4 battery that I had installed a few months earlier. With multiple solar panels and batteries, I can control all AC loads from this inverter except for the air conditioner and water heater. The microwave and the vacuum cleaner are hardly registered. In case you are wondering, I connect the inverter output to the circuit breaker panel via an unused breaker that is below the limit of the inverter. In this case, NEVER connect shore power and inverter at the same time (e.g. open shore power breaker before closing inverter breaker). I also turn off circuit breakers for unnecessary loads like the air conditioner, charger, and water heater. Now I'm looking for a soft start for an air conditioner. Because of the run current, I really think this inverter could provide an AC if the inrush current was moderate. BUY IT.
