Order the right size Good for pads and locators

This is a great product! I have neck and back problems and I can't seem to find a pillow to solve both of these problems. My sister (masseuse) recommended I try one of these pillows. I had a suspicion that the memory foam was too hot, but the bamboo cover kept the pillow cool throughout the night (I sleep "hot"). The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you choose the right diameter that fits your neck curve. I will be ordering another one as my dog mistook it for a chew toy so I will be ordering 6" instead of 4". Highly recommend, especially for the price.
