This is one of the many Fellowes paper shredders I've had over the years and this model is by far the best. He's quiet powerful. It is ideal for home use. One of the best features is the extendable basket. On older models I had to lift the chopper to empty the basket. This powerful device handles almost anything thrown at it with ease. It's a workhorse in the sense that you can grind continuously without overheating the unit. Sleek and sleek design with easy to see controls and gauges. For the price this is a bargain. I would happily recommend this unit to anyone looking for a basic shredder that will last for years.
