There is a trick to start them
Well these markers are cool but I had to figure out how not to fill them (like in the picture). Press down on the tip while it is in a vertical position, it will click slightly. You can then turn it over and press the tip until it starts to color. The ones I didn't do it with were swamped and have been ever since. In addition, the tips are double-sided, with rounded and square ends. They slide out easily and can be flipped.
