My seat kept dangling and when I tried to tighten the plastic nut it fell into the back of the toilet mold and can't find it. If you've ever had to tighten or replace them in an RV's corner toilet, it's ridiculously hard to get fingers, let alone a wrench, into the molded area, and my fingers don't always work well. this made the job easier and I can reach out to hold and tighten when needed.
