Review on Coleman by David Herrera

I can't tell if this is an attempt at humor or not but I'm guessing it's not. This product is very poor. When I first installed it I couldn't see any of the email addresses I was supposed to add so I went back to their website to try to figure it out. Turns out I didn't read the whole thing carefully enough. The next step would be to call their support number which I also could not access because apparently it is only accessible from within the app itself. Then I tried to uninstall the app from my phone, but it told me that I couldn't un-install the application because I had already purchased it! Apparently, when I bought the software, I paid $15 to download it and they charged me another $19 for the trial. So, instead of just charging me $19 to install it, they decided to charge me another $20 to uninstall it. That is absolutely ridiculous! Not only did they take advantage of me but they lied to me about it. I never gave them permission to charge me for something else and certainly didn't give them permission to lie to me.
