Love the beautiful neutral color of the ball

Very fast delivery, the booklet is very informative and gives clear examples of the different steps and when/how to use them. I like the beautiful neutral color of the ball. It also seems quite thick compared to the regular exercise balls you see at the gym.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Does not fit all

more durable and thick ball compared to others

I really like the birthing ball, I'm only in my 2nd trimester, 2nd pregnancy, so I feel a lot more aches and pains earlier, like aches and pains in the hip and sciatic nerve, 30 minutes a day on this ball is enough. The book is good, I expected it to be a little bigger. Socks are a great addition. The sphere is nice and thick would definitely recommend to anyone looking forward to it!

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • vulgarity

EXCELLENT PURCHASE! Best of Exercise Balls and Accessories

Color is bright and perfect, I am 33 weeks pregnant and 5'4" tall and ordered a 65" ball, I didn't get it full at first filled which it doesn't supports me well enough and almost drowned me in it (poor circulation in legs etc.) I thought I would have to upgrade to a bigger ball but I filled it up until it was much firmer and it simply amazing pink socks are what i like (it's a girl) and they are very easy to stuff.

Pros
  • Very Impressive
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Nice. But. best exercise balls and accessories

Good ball, inflates with hand pump in about 5 minutes. I haven't tried socks yet. The two things I noticed that I didn't like are one thing: the ball is pretty small. I'm 5ft 5" - 6" and just sitting on it my knees are above my hips (which is not recommended for a ball) and secondly, when I first opened the packaging, there was a smell of paint. Thinner. The smell was gone after a day but still. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and I want this ball, it's giving me contractions.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Socket required

Small, smelly

Your legs should be bent at 90 degrees. This ball is so small it won't let it. I'm 1.50 m tall and that's too small for me. It stinks too. This may be due to the type of eco-friendly plastic they use, which is thoughtful, BUT it smells bad so be prepared. The socks are good and the booklet is ok. In most of the photos, the woman's knees are at a 45-degree angle, which I don't think is the right position. I will return this item.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • No automatic controls

Less work, many uses

I LOVE this ball. I used it for pelvic pain during pregnancy. As I prepared my body for birth, I hopped on it to stimulate the opening and position the baby properly. When I was in labor I would jump up and down to encourage the baby to fall into my pelvis to keep the contractions going fast and fast, and bend down if the contractions were strong. I now use this ball to spend time with my newborn on his tummy as he prefers lying on the floor. I sincerely believe that my contractions were…

Excellent comfort! - Exercise Balls

This item came a lot faster than I thought it would. I used to have a different type of ball that didn't work at all. I bought the birthing ball with optimism, when it arrived in the box it had cute socks (non-slip), a hand pump, a ball and some tricks (which I might add were very detailed) and a bag. The ball is very comfortable to sit or lean against, it was very comfortable during my pregnancy and the quality was great. I got worried when my dog (Labrador/Collie) jumped onto my lap and his…

  • Sturdy Construction

  • Expandable

Best pregnancy ball on the market

I ended up on this ball after searching for the best ball and gifting it to my wife. This is our second child and the quality of this birthing ball compared to her last is second to none. You can see that the birthing ball is thicker and much stronger. She loves it and thanks to the size chart we were able to choose the right one that fits her perfectly (we didn't have a better one last time). Call me a conspiracy theorist but I think many other size charts try to trick you into buying smaller…

Pros
  • Practical
Cons
  • So far so good
