High Reviews for a ball?

I never thought I would add a review for a ball, let alone one that was going over the top in praise for one. but here I am. Haha. Anyway, this ball really has been great. We bought it for our 1 year old, and our nanny also liked it so much she bought it for her dog (can't remark on how well it has held up for the dog, as I have no first-hand experience on this one). What I can say is that for our child, it is lightweight and easy to grab. It is durable in that when we step on it, it easily…

Pros
  • Perfect to teach child to hold things. Mine tries to put it in her mouth, unsuccessfully.
Cons
  • The toy may not be able to provide enough sensory input for some babies

Perfect for learning to hold

Recommended by our developmental doctors. Sure enough it helped her understand to grasp and switch from hand to hand. Light weight.

Pros
  • The Oball Classic Easy-Grasp Toy is a perfect sensory toy for newborns, providing them with plenty of tactile stimulation as they explore its unique design and textures
Cons
  • The toy may not be as durable as other Oball products

I use this unconventionally for my small dog as his toy.

I bought my first one of these at a second hand store as a toy for my dog. It took him well over a year to go through this toy. He is only a small dog about 10 lb. So when he finally destroyed it I had to buy him two new ones. He absolutely loves this toy and I know it's safe because it's made for children. I know it's an unconventional use however it's great for him to chew on as it's flexible and gives him a workout.

Pros
  • Wonderful! My boy loved it
Cons
  • The toy may not be able to hold a baby's attention for very long

Such a simple, yet profound toy

As soon as I opened this item, I washed it with soap and gave it to my 5 month baby girl. It was an instant hit. She was playing with her other toys and immediately picked it up and put it in her mouth and started smiling. This toy is soft and easy for baby to hold, even if their grip isn't the best yet. I would 100% recommend.

Pros
  • Made with 32 finger holes for little hands to hold
Cons
  • The toy may not be as engaging for babies who prefer active play

Perfect for newborn to infant

Used this to hang on my sons love every playmat. Perfect for him to start reaching to and grasping. He now is 7 months and loves to still play with it and is even throwing now. 100% recommended to parents of young kids

Pros
  • Baby & Toddler Toys
Cons
  • The toy may not be as engaging for babies who prefer auditory input

Fantastic baby toy!

I had several of these for my kids and always include one with a baby gift. Especially when an older sibling is welcoming a younger one. They can play together without risk of injury to the baby, and well enough to have fun together.

Pros
  • The Oball's unique design allows it to easily roll and bounce, providing plenty of entertainment and engaging your baby's gross motor skills as they try to catch it
Cons
  • The toy may not be as visually stimulating as other toys

Perfect for little hands

This has been great for our baby. The design makes it really easy for him to hold and practice grasping with his fingers. Great for some fine motor skills. Easy to clean, durable, and keeps baby entertained.

Pros
  • This very quickly became a favorite. Easy to grasp and bring to her mouth
Cons
  • The toy may not be able to provide enough entertainment for long car rides

It’s great for tongue tied baby it gets him to work his tongue a lot trying to stick in different holes. Also, great for tummy time, never gets bored with it.

Cons
  • The toy may not be as safe as other baby toys

Infant learning motor skills, loves this

When I saw my son grasp so easily and begin twisting a D throwing I knew this was a good buy. Ended up buying two more for cousin and one on the way!

  • Best toy I’ve seen anywhere in a long time great for baby’s teething
Cons
  • The design may not be visually stimulating for all babies

My 4 month olds favorite toy

My daughter loves this toy! She is so fascinated by it! I love how it’s lightweight too so I don’t have to worry about her dropping it on her face. She loves mouthing and holding it. Highly recommend!

Pros
  • So far my baby has loved playing with this. It is light weight and easy for them to gripe in any way.
Cons
  • Some parents may find the toy too simplistic

Very durable but much smaller than expected

Very durable and bendy but much smaller than I thought it would be but that's probably my fault as I'm sire it says the size and I missed it

Pros
  • This was the first thing my baby could play with. Highly reccomend
Cons
  • The bright colors may be overwhelming for some babies

My son's favorites

My infant loves these balls - he has several now with and without the toppers (some come with rattles or with a topper, like Mickey Mouse/frog). I credit them with teaching him how to crawl by 6 months. He would drop it or accidently hit it and it would roll away, then he'd take off after it. They also really help with teaching coordination (passing hand to hand and picking up with individual fingers, specifically). We keep these in his play areas, send them to the sitters and even take them to

Pros
  • Great gift for kids of all ages! Easy to catch, pick up and throw!
Cons
  • The toy may not be as entertaining as other developmental toys

Definitely a favourite

This was the first toy my baby was able to hold. It's super light and easy for the little hands to grab. She gets mad she can't fit the whole thing in her mouth tho, it's cute. It's definitely one of her favourites.

Pros
  • The toy is made of soft, flexible plastic that is easy for little hands to grasp and hold, promoting the development of fine motor skills
Cons
  • The toy may not be as easy for babies to hold as other toys

Rabbit throws it around, chases it or pushes it around

Great ball for my rabbit. Easy for him to pick up and throw. Rolls nicely on the hard wood floors. He like to chase it/roll it on the floor. No issues with him chewing it.

Pros
  • Great gift for 3 month lo.
Cons
  • The toy may not be easy enough for some babies to grasp

Easy to grasp and safe to play with

This ball is a favorite for my son! It is easy to grasp and hold on to. He has had it for about 4 months now and it’s one of his go to toys! It’s a durable material and safe to put in his mouth. No small parts that could come off when being thrown over and over or even chewed on!

Pros
  • My grandson is having the time of his life he can grab it with ease and even throw if he likes...
Cons
  • The toy may not be as educational as other early learning toys

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Cannot go wrong with this if you have a teething baby!

Initially bought a foam ball to teach my baby how to play catch but she bit the foam off and almost ate it! This is a far better alternative, she was quickly able to catch this because it had holes for her fingers to hold on to.

Pros
  • ‎1.06 ounces
Cons
  • The toy may not be as interesting as other toys with more parts to manipulate

Sent the wrong colors

My son loves the ball but they sent me the wrong colors. I ordered the red, yellow, blue one and they sent me the pink and purple…

Pros
  • Toy for newborn and up. you'll want to play too!
Cons
  • The toy may not be as interactive as other toys
