I like that I can see all my orders at once (I'm not always logged in and have to log back in to check) and it's really organized. It would be nice if they had more options for customization of the website. Sometimes it takes me a while before I receive an email confirmation of an order. I wish there was a way to have more than one shipping option per item. Sometimes I have to make multiple orders just to get the right amount of items shipped! They send out new emails about every order with no notification to your account. So when you have several orders going through it makes it quite difficult to keep up with everything. Also sometimes they fail to take credit card payments or chargeback fees even though this isn't their fault. Not only are they charging us for the products we didn't even receive but they also charge us for things that weren't our responsibility.
