Great software if your looking into using something different than most others

I like that they have an easy to use interface for both the employees and customers. It's very intuitive, and helps us keep track of the current wait times for our customers as well as allowing us to set up future appointments. We haven't found anything we dislike about this product at all. The main thing is that it can be confusing to figure out how to do certain things. Make sure you have someone who is knowledgeable with the program to help you navigate through it. Also, there are some features that aren't available in other programs, but are great for our business. Tracking customer wait times, scheduling appointments, etc.

  • Easy To Use
  • Customizable options/colors; many different templates from simple bar graph displays,
  • Flexible design allows users without experience using computer graphics software (this was particularly helpful when working within Microsoft Excel )
  • Free trial period offers ample timeframe before making decision.
  • Allows integration into multiple CRM platforms(Salesforce) via OTA process or manual download link
