Easy queue management solution at low cost

I like that it has an integrated chat function, so you can have real time conversations with your customers while they are still waiting for their turn! It also allows me to see when people who haven't been there yet will be available next. The only thing I dislike about this system is the fact that sometimes you have to wait longer than expected before someone comes out of nowhere to help you. Great platform and great team behind making sure we have no issues

I like that you can customize your own queues, which makes it easy for people who want their jobs done as soon as possible but don't mind being patient with other tasks until they are finished first! It would be nice if there were more options available when assigning tickets or adding new ones (such as having an option between "assign now" versus later). We're solving problems related to getting work out quickly without compromising quality of service by offering our clients faster turnaround…

Great ticket software - especially if using together

I like that it is simple, easy-to-use, and provides all the features I need. It works well with our website and we have been able to get rid of paper tickets and tickets printed on expensive equipment. I dislike having to do some things manually because there are too many options and not enough help or training when you first sign up.
