I like that you can customize your own queues, which makes it easy for people who want their jobs done as soon as possible but don't mind being patient with other tasks until they are finished first! It would be nice if there were more options available when assigning tickets or adding new ones (such as having an option between "assign now" versus later). We're solving problems related to getting work out quickly without compromising quality of service by offering our clients faster turnaround times than traditional methods allow them to achieve. The ease of use, customer support (both live chat or email), ability for users with different skill sets/experience levels can all be used together without any confusion over what each other are doing at once time! There isn't much I dislike about this software as it has been very helpful across multiple departments within our organization using various functions such as scheduling meetings room reservations etc..
