I like that it has an integrated chat function, so you can have real time conversations with your customers while they are still waiting for their turn! It also allows me to see when people who haven't been there yet will be available next.
The only thing I dislike about this system is the fact that sometimes you have to wait longer than expected before someone comes out of nowhere to help you. If you want something easy to use, but don’t need all the bells and whistles then go ahead and try it once. You won’t regret it! We were looking for an easier way to manage our queues without having to hire more staff or invest into expensive software.
