I like that it is simple, easy-to-use, and provides all the features I need. It works well with our website and we have been able to get rid of paper tickets and tickets printed on expensive equipment. I dislike having to do some things manually because there are too many options and not enough help or training when you first sign up. If you want a ticketing system that can be used across multiple departments, this one should be at the top of your list. We use it for event registration and ticketing for events that are held at our office.
