I bought a Grayl Geopress cleaner from Revain. I read reviews from other customers and I love what I read. When I received it I had trouble filtering the water through the filter portion, instead it came out between the reservoirs when depressurizing. I was disappointed so I re-read the instructions and tried several times. I'm 70 years old, I thought I had to return it but I kept trying. I first read others who had this leak problem but found that after I removed the filter and checked for damage, God forbid since it's made in the USA I didn't see one. So I tried again, this time making sure the filter was in place correctly (I think I got it wrong last time) and urea. This worked as I took my time getting the water filter through the filter. You need to make sure your filter is turned all the way until you feel a click. I use a rubber grip to help me. I'm not strong enough to twist things back and forth. Hope this helps others. By the way, I'll buy another one.😉
