Tried this heater this morning, it wasn't bad. I have a Jeep Cherokee that has lost its heater and would cost me over a thousand dollars to fix, unfortunately I can't afford to fix it right now. Do not count on this heater to immediately warm up the car from -20 to 60, it will not work. In addition, if you have a very large car or the interior of the car has a large volume, this will reduce the efficiency of the heater. I've personally found that a heater is pretty good at maintaining or storing heat in a car. Basically I use a household heater that can be plugged into the wall (I have a tall tower that can be used in all circumstances) and I use it to heat the inside of my car when I'm on the road. I then use this heater to maintain the temperature when I commute to work. One downside is that it's a bit noisy due to the fan, but if you put it far enough away it's not too bad.
