The dashboard is easy to use and has all of our tools we need. It's also very customizable so we can do just about everything within it. For example, I was able to create an API request directly from my dashboard which I couldn't do in the website. I wish there were more reports for each user. We've got some really important metrics but they are buried within multiple tabs. It would be great if you could export them into one report or even add another tab for the specific metric that you want to have easily accessible from the main screen. Be sure to take advantage of all of the resources available through their knowledge base and slack channels as well as watching the training videos on their site. They are always willing to help and answer any questions you have. We're using it mostly for alerting so we don't really have much else. But we realized after using it that it's very useful for other.
