The controller works. . . but not like the OEM controllers we had before. It's hard to explain, but it seems less responsive/slow. I'm not sure if this matters to everyone, it just depends on the type of games you play. They are similar to the SONY DualShock 4's controllers in almost every way. I suspect this is just a QC defect.
