Right out of the package, these yoga pants were slicker and shinier than I had hoped for. But they are pretty and the thickness of the fabric, the lining, the stitching - all seem like good quality. Even the length was good, which is often an issue for me. I'm 5' 6-1/2" and 112 lbs. My waist is 29", my inseam 30". I ordered a medium and they fit fine. except where they didn't! Another reviewer wrote that hers were "weirdly restrictive in odd places" and that's exactly how I felt when I tried them on. They were tight around my knees (of all places!) and waist, but they were long and loose in the crotch. They were downright uncomfortable. I was acutely aware of being swaddled and squeezed every time I moved. That's not the feeling I'm looking for when I put on an article of clothing. I'm glad others didn't have this problem because they are pretty and well-made. But I won't end up wearing them so I returned them. :(
