Earpads - very easy to make and great results if you follow the instructions. Great if you only use them to listen to music. I wanted them to be used primarily for the phone which is NOT the strong point of this product. Enabling or disabling features is a godsend. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. (Example: Ending a call - sometimes you hear a "call ended" beep, sometimes you don't even press the same key.) Very little information on usage when used with a phone. I love how they fit and the support people seem really nice but none of them make up for the disappointment and frustration. UPDATE: Here are the good people. They do their best to isolate their tech support and prevent you from speaking "live" to anyone. :( The frustration continues.
